Delete Your Vane Account & Data

For the Vane app, operated by Ramil Dela Rosa (Owntech Ventures Inc).

You can permanently delete your Vane account and all of the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open Vane and sign in.
Go to Settings → Data → Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email owntechventuresinc@gmail.com from the email address on your Vane account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We verify the request and complete the deletion within 2 business days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of the following from our systems:

Your account record — email address and login credentials
All content you created — notes, tasks, reminders, meetings, transcripts, summaries, and action items
Your app settings and preferences
Your Vane Pro subscription status flag
Your active sign-in sessions / tokens

What is kept, and for how long

Data	Retention
Your personal data (above), in our active systems	Deleted immediately
Residual copies in encrypted backups, if any	Purged within 30 days
Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you	May be retained
Purchase / transaction records	Held by Apple or Google under their own policies — not by Vane

Important: cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Vane Pro subscription, because billing is handled by the app store. To stop future charges, cancel before deleting:

iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Vane Pro → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Vane Pro → Cancel.
